    We are receiving your calling cards without a name of the recipient (and the building has 40 propagate apartments).
    There is no way to track who the card is for, and this is consistent behaviour of your couriers.
    So the service is hopeless and not working for us. Can you improve by placing the name of the recipient on the card, or the apartment number??? So many people lost their parcels carried by you due to this

    They Are Trash I’ll Paid Them Xtra To Bring My Package On Time They Never Delivered i Call The Facilitie To Tell Them To Bring My Package After 12 Am Because Im Working In The Am They Always Attempted To Deliver my Package In The Morning When They Know Im Not Home..and I End Up Paying Up Xtra To Pick Up My Package In a Different location Like 30 Minutes Away From Where I Live!….Fed Ground Is Trash I Dont Know How they’re Making Buisness They Just No Good….UPS Is A Way Better Company Thats y They’re Much Bigger And Worth Much More than Fedex!!!!!….At Last Contact FedEx Some Lady Told Me Go with Doors Tag And Pick Your Packet I Spend 30 Dollars For A Cab When I Got To 635 Zerega Ave In Bronx Ny My Package Wasn’t There i have Reschedule For Saturday No Recommended Fedex If You’re Reading This Dont Waste Your Money with This Company They Simply Suck!!!!!!!!

    Always experiencing high call volumes and I’ve been on hold with them for a total with 3 hours without even talking to a person.
    I want my product.
    I don’t even want to support companies that ship through USPS anymore.

    Can I give ZERO stars? I went today and ALL of the staff were maskless unless you count the girl at the counter who had hers around her neck. I asked her to pull her mask up while I was at the counter and she refused. She was sniffling, coughing, and rubbing her nose with the back of her hand. I’m high risk and won’t be coming back to this Petri dish.

    I expected I package on Friday before New Year’s Eve weekend. The driver missed me and left a note saying he would come back and drop off the package if I signed the tag which I did. He never came back until after the New Years eve (I ordered new shoes for a New Year gala). I was not home when he came back and he decided to put another tag in top of the signed tag that I left saying that I need to be present. Meanwhile my fiancé ordered her shoes thru Amazon and it arrived the Saturday before New Year’s Eve, no sognitures needed. Now I have to go pick it up at their location 30 minutes away from my house. I am never using FedEx again and I will be complaining to the BBB.
