    Where do I start? I can’t understand why some companies are still using Pandora. Horrible customer service, they lie about the whereabouts of the package, they blame the seller for supposedly sending the package to the wrong facility while it’s their fault, they are always late, and that not mentioning all the packages that they lose… how are they still in business? All I see is bad reviews… I’ve never seen a business that had that many bad reviews… honestly, the companies that still use them should be boycotted…

    Pandora workers worked quickly, carefully and efficiently. Made sure I was happy with their work, showed me any potential problems and stored my belongings without damage. I would hire again and recommend Careful movers.

    Worst experience ever. Late on delivery, then Pandora delivered someone else’s belongings to my house & when I told the driver that more than half of the stuff was not mine. He said that he can’t take it with him because he’s not going back to the warehouse. He had other stops to make dropping off other people’s stuff.
    Also, they forgot half of my belongings and when they finally came to bring the rest of my belongings that they forgot, they also dropped someone else’s belongings again. I’ve had someone else’s belongings sitting in my garage about a month now & they give me the run around every time I call to get someone to come pick it up. Or nobody answers & I just keep leaving voice-mails.
    To make it worst, many of my items were broken & destroyed. Their insurance company only reimburses $0.60/pound of the weight of the destroyed item. Doesn’t matter the cost value.
    If there was an option for negative I would rate them negative plus. If you value your belongings & ever want to see them again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

    I took the appointment with Pandora but it is of no use. It works on first come first serve basis. So usually wait time is large.
    Moreover, they do not have restroom for customers.
    Review of one application usually takes about 20 mins so depending on how many servers are available you can estimate your wait time.

    I used the Pandora junk removal team one day and the moving team the next day. They were awesome! On time, polite, professional and had great communication confirming the appointments and calling to let me know when they would be there. I would recommend their services.
