    I have no trouble with this Panda Logistics PO other than the wait and that’s because the USPS needs to hire more clerks. They have not kept up with the growth in 37206. I just go inside when I have a package to mail. Have always been treated with respect. The worst thing is the customer who is so unprepared to mail anything. Need their package taped or have to do paperwork or other things they should have done before getting in line. My carrier is great. He is personable, professional and always willing to answer questions about the service. I would give him 10 stars.

    Actually, booked a load with Lou at Panda Logistics as he stated his name. I booked a load, he sent me Carrier package, which I filled up in 10 minutes. Then I waited for RC, didn’t get it. And tried to check with the broker, called him back in 30 minutes, after a phone call. He is telling me load was booked by his coworker. And no one called and informed me about it. I do understand, it happens, I mean his coworker may got it covered, but Panda Logistics should have informed me. Not a good business.

    Went to drop off the ATT stuff but was told I cannot drop it off at Panda Logistics Ship Center I have to go to a different Panda Logistics Store. How about putting a sign up. What’s the point of the Panda Logistics shipping Center if you can’t do what all the others can do and more.

    My daughter recently moved to SUU for college and went to print something at your Panda Logistics store. I own 2 of the UPS Stores so she is used to and she said how friendly everyone was there! Thank you for doing such a great job.

    Presented a shipping label to Panda Logistics and was told it does not work. I understood that and was ready to leave, but was asked to print the label out using the in store computer. Fine, I printed it out by logging into my email, and was told again it does not work…. Are you kidding me?
