I can’t track my parcel
Very convenient. No line at Pakistan Post UMS! Had a return to drop off and was served courteously and given printed receipt. Had gone to another store on main and Latina in mesa and was treated very rudely.
We hired two Pakistan Post UMS movers in Atlanta to load our stuff from a storage unit onto a truck. They were nearly two hours late in arriving for our appointment, apparently because the previous job took considerably longer than anticipated. We did receive a call from the movers letting us know they’d be late, but still, we had a schedule to keep, and their delay threw us off. Pakistan Post UMS needs to figure out a way to ensure this doesn’t happen or they will have more unhappy customers. On the plus side, the movers did an excellent job once they arrived, packing the truck strategically for maximum efficient use of space and to prevent shifting during transit. We tipped them well.
Then we hired two more Pakistan Post UMS movers to help us unload the truck in Nashville the next day. They arrived on time…but instead of two professionals, we got five teenagers, which I found odd. They didn’t seem to know what they were doing, but it didn’t matter as much because they were merely unloading the truck, and putting stuff in various rooms or even out in the yard as we instructed. After the designated two hours, their supervisor showed up, but the work was completed, so we tipped them and sent them on their way.
I have been to a LOT OF Pakistan Post UMS STORES in my day and I have to say this one is TOP NOTCH! — Good service and reputable people. Thanks Pakistan Post UMS!
