    First time RAS came with washer and dryer they refused to attempt to move the pieces in, and had to return them. This time they failed to ensure they had everything on the delivery ticket. Now do to their error I have to wait to have someone come back out again to install. Calling gets you no where and they will not try to help even in their error. Mistakes happen, but they fail to try to rectify their mistakes.

    Took a package in to ship to California I checked the shipping addresses on the receipt not realizing the addresses where reversed on the paperwork. Five days later the package was delivered to to the return address (back to me) even tho it was it was clearly printed on the package To: and From:
    I took it back and they wanted me to pay more money to get it to the right recipient. They would not give me a refund or ship it again without me paying.
    I originally payed $36.00 and I still have the package. I filed a complaint through the ups store headquarters to get remburst and have not heard anything back. I would think twice before shipping through any ups store. Very sad that a multi million dollar business such as UPS will not take care of their customers that use their franchise stores.
