This facility has lost over 6K of merchandise sent to my home address. Did you know FedEx doesn’t have proof of delivery or signature request for rural residential property. No they weren’t stolen, we have cameras. FedEx just mis-delivers and SKIPS delivery of rural packages. They do NOT attach an investigation number to the tracking number, so you will have to start over EVERYTIME you call to check on a package that is in FedEx limbo. Did you know you cannot file a claim for a list package if you are the recipient? Although there is NOTHING in the claim filing process that tells you that. They will send you a letter that says claim denied because not from sender. I actually KNOW EXECUTIVES at FedEx and they can’t explain or find out where my packages go either. It’s really disgusting how FedEx keeps pretending to be the company they used to be. FedEx original parts bank would never have survived without farmers, now they actively discriminate against rural addresses. Shame on you, FedEx.
The delivery person was knowledgeable and did a good job installing our Tonal exercise machine. There was some difficulty with scheduling with CPO Logistics when the first delivery service they provided cancelled our installation, but it did work out.
I have called several times in the past two weeks trying to track down our packages for customers. I have been told many times I would receive a call back and never have. This has been missing for almost two weeks now. I’ve left messages. I’ve talked to different locations. None of them are helpful. This has been a reoccurring issue. I’m beyond exhausted with this.
Amazing moving service. I had these guys move me from Rohnert Park, CA to Redding, CA and the crew along the way was great. Definitely would recommend this company.
Just about like everyone else’s review this place was terrible. I was trying to ship 2 little small packages cause I sold those things on Mercari. Came in and absolutely no one was at the USPS. It’s more of a tiny “kiosk” then a actual store. And the lady came up after about 5 minutes and she said they didn’t have a scanner for it sounding annoyed. Definitely don’t recommend this USPS
