   Geneva Place Condominiums, Nanroc Drive. What a mess . Train the new guy properly. Two buildings here. 1001 and 1003. Mail is being put the wrong boxes. Example: 1003 #33 going to 1001 #33. Unfortunately the 1001 #33 resident just passed so 1003 #33 may not get their mail for a long time. Fix this please. Affecting everyone .

   Worst UPS I’ve ever encountered. Not because of the company but because of Cindy Williams who runs this store. Every encounter I have had with her has been negative. I called yesterday at 8 am to make sure someone was available to Notarize and she said she was the person who does it but that she would not be doing it because other customers packing needs are more important. I responded asking if she was refusing service and then she went on to tell me she forgot her notary stuff at home. Pretty sure you should not be removing a notary book from the store since it holds people’s drivers license information and addresses. Contacted corporate about her behavior. If you go to the UPS on Val Vista and Elliot their staff is always willing to help and have a positive attitude. They also told me she is not allowed to refuse notarizing and someone is required to be available to notarize.
   BEWARE if you come here.

   They lie about mail being delivered that has not even left their facility. I have no idea how this place continues to exist at this state.

   Saw them helping move on of my neighbors. Noticed the clean truck, great packaging and wrapping of the items being moved. Bumped into the movers in the elevator they where very careful…
