    Followed zappo’s when my order was to arrive. Followed USPS, when my order was to arrive. A day later, called Zappos customer service. They said USPS would not deliver but I could go pick it up. I went to pick it up and waited 30 minutes for the news that, the order is out on the truck. I said are you ___ kidding me, and the man said you don’t have to use that language and slammed the little half door in my face. The package has still not been delivered. I gave up on mail a long time ago. It’s always a week late and sometimes two. But this now has me requesting anyone but USPS from companies. The rule for Zappo’s is two incompetent mistakes then you can get USPS off the list of carriers for deliveries. FYI.
    Today 8/23/2022, I got a message that they could not deliver to my front door or drive, therefore the delivery could not be made by 4:30 p.m. Funny thing is I had walmart delivery at 3:45 and a whole foods delivery at 5:00. No problems. Also, my security camera shows no mail truck even driving by. So, I am assuming this package never left the post office either. But if I went there it wouldn’t be there for pick up. IROQUOIS management is the worst. Then it was delivered at 6:00 p.m. I have to stop getting updates it’s not worth the confusion.

    Will and his team at Royal Moving Service are excellent. I was very surprised at the speed they loaded and unloaded our furniture. There was not one item that suffered damage. They took very good care of us. I highly recommend these folks and will be will be contacting them again the next time we move.

    Called about a packaged being held here for me and the lady was just the rudest most unprofessional person I’ve dealt with. Sighing and huffing and puffing every time I asked a question..I’m in customer service/retail, and you just don’t talk to people like that.

    They never deliver mail when they are supposed to. When I have my mail held they keep it for an extra 2 days. On some days they decide that it isn’t worth delivering my mail.
