The shipping company is very professional. I was able to ship my car thanks to them. Their service was great and they were on time. I strongly recommend them.
I tracked my package and saw it was sitting at this location for 3 days, when I live 15 minutes away from it. I then checked reviews and immediately was worried I wouldn’t receive my package. I called and spoke to a worker who claimed they were super busy and sent my package to another facility. This was not shown anywhere on the tracking history. Then 20 minutes after the phone call it updated to “package could not be located”… So my $400+ under armour order was just gone. Something is definitely going on at this location seeing the hundreds of reviews of packages going missing. Not sure how it’s even still in business at all and facing charges as clearly they’re stealing any high value package as they know companies will just refund it. Under armour was helpful and they even said how they always have issues with them. They said they will bring it up to their upper management on the issue to hopefully get it taken off their service. They refunded my entire order using FedEx and I received it the next day. Laser ship is terrible, someone needs to investigate what they are doing. Sadly if you see your package going there, you probably won’t be getting it.
