    I actually used AB on my sisters recommendation. Very professional. Arrived on time. Moved a 2 BR apartment on the 2nd level to another unit on the third level in under 4 hours in very hot weather. No scratches or damages. Probably the smoothest move I have done. Will use again!

    Everytime ive been in this U.S.P.S. theyve treated me kindly sevice was o.k. when its crowed its a longer wait time though the employees try 2 take care of u as soon as possible

    This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I am not exaggerating. They made an error with my order when it was picked up from my old house and taken to their warehouse that has caused weeks of delays and hours of wasted time for me. Their system or the people using it have jacked my order up so bad that no one wants to help me now. They hang up on me (true story), leave me on hold until the call disconnects… or I finally get to someone who seems like they can help, I spend hours on the phone with them, they advise me to call back to make sure things are progressing… and I call back 48 hours later to find that nothing has happened, no notes have been entered and I am basically at square one. I have no idea if I will ever see my belongings again, and I do have serious doubts about that. I may have to get a lawyer, I have no solution and no way to get any real help. I am reliably informed that their corporate structure chose to outsource their customer service and update the tech in some way that is causing all kinds of problems. I seem to be getting the worse of it. Maybe they used to be good, but I would advise steering clear of this company and going with UPackIt or PackRat instead. I sure wish I had.
