I BOOKED A LOAD WITH JIM FROM ORBIT WORLDWIDE ON 4/24 TO PICKUP ON 4/27. ON WEDNESDAY JIM CALLED BACK AND ASKED IF HE CAN PICKUP ON 4/30 INSTEAD, I APPROVED IT. ON MONDAY 4/30 JIM NEVER SHOWED UP TO PICKUP AND NEVER ANSWERED MY CALLS. HIS DISPATCHER LEAH SAID HE OVERSLEPT AND ISN’T ANSWERING HER EITHER. AT 5 PM ON MONDAY 4/30 JIM CALLED ME AND APOLOGIZED AND ASKED IF HE CAN STILL PICKUP THE LOAD THE NEXT DAY. I TOLD HIM SURE SINCE I DIDN’T HAVE ANYONE ELSE AND WANTED TO GIVE HIM A CHANCE TO MAKE UP FOR THE MISTAKE. ON TUESDAY 5/1 I GOT AN EMAIL FROM LEAH SAYING HE CAN’T DO THE LOAD BECAUSE HE WAS SICK. I HAD TO MAKE PICKUP ARRANGEMENTS FOR BOTH DAYS INVOLVING A LOAD SERVICES WHICH NOW WE ARE STUCK WITH THE BILL BECAUSE MY CUSTOMER REFUSED TO PAY DUE TO THIS COMPANY COMPLETELY FAILING.
