   What started out as a potentially good experience resulted in an increasingly disappointing one with these movers. While they sound great on the phone and are incredibly friendly, the actual move itself was below expectations. Boxes marked ‘fragile’ had cuts and dents in them; boxes marked ‘UP’ were turned upside down; and furniture arrived in pieces. They also arrived late by over two hours on two separate occasions, and under-quoted the time to load and unload. They were also expensive. Be prepared to pay double the estimate.

   Worst courier company. Did not delivered my credit card to my address. I had to go personally to this place but card was not found and compny showing reson on thair disply The address is fine but there is no one there but this name is not there. intentionally marked my address as unlocated area. My address is easy to find and I do receive other parcel from different company. I would suggest people to never use Bluedart services in future.

   D2D Couriers are the best I’ve ever used. Their team, Alistair, Sandro, Candice, is professional, responsive and helpful, from emails to phone calls, to going the extra mile to help. I had an urgent task to retrieve a Building Plan, and my stress was more or less instantly relieved by D2Ds helpfulness.
   Highly recommended! Thank you D2D!

   poor service
   my parcel arrived skynet sitiawan branch , after 5 days still not yet send to me
   every time i ask , that girl said besok akan hantar

   I booked air courier on 31 July and they didn’t delivered it till 5 augest . After we called they told me to pickup parcel from their office . I paid too much money but in return I got pathetic service from their side. Not recommended

   I had a small pack arrived from Trichur.
   Delivery location was 4 minutes away from their office.
   They objected to make the delivery + the staff was rude and rough!
   Seems,this is their Professionalism!!!!!
