    I called two weeks ago to schedule the delivery of two barrels. Called the day prior to delivery to ensure that my delivery would still be coming on the day discussed previously. When I called I spoke to one woman who told me the delivery had been switched from Saturday to Sunday. Prior to this interaction I did not receive a phone call from them to alert me of this change. I called a second time and spoke to another young lady who told me based on the volume of work they had for the Sunday she did not think that I would
    Be able to receive said barrels . She told me that I would be better off going elsewhere to find them and if I had no other place to get them in queens. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received . The level of unprofessionalism from the change of my delivery date without notification to the fact that she instructed me to go elsewhere to find barrels. This was my first time interacting with this shipping company and it will definitely be the last . They obviously don’t value the customers and neither do they want our business. Shame on you ! do better!

    Friendly and pretty fast but be prepared to pay extra for broken pallets. It’s ridiculous. Break the pallets while unloading and then charge us for it? BS! I asked to see proof and take pictures but they could not prove it.

    They leave packages on sidewalk in front of buildings. I shouldn’t have to go and search for them. Because of this I’ve had missing packages. Bring them to the door.

    This office is a nightmare. Extremely rude staff. I came here to renew my child’s passport to be told to reschedule it for the next time just because I didn’t fill out the form with a black ink. They didn’t even give me an option to fill out another form on the spot. My appointment was 30mins late even though I showed up 15 mins prior to my appointment and nobody else was in front of me. Trust these reviews and avoid this location at all costs. Thanks to them my next available appointment would be in a month from now at another location, since the wait time is very long everywhere.
