   I’ve been to Parcel Plus a handful of times of the past few years. Each time I’ve been here, they have been so kind, and today was no different. The young lady who helped me was friendly, helpful and provided wonderful service. Thank you!

   The workers wgere the best, the receptionist was rude. Me and my husband where moving from one place to another 15 min away from my old house first thing we called setup our appointment for 3 everything was alright on the day of the move we received a call that they would be in from 3-4 so we wait around and mind you I am 7 months pregnant and need food every 5 minutes so we sit at home waiting for ths mover to get there. 4 a clock comes and we receive a call that they are going to be at the house late. We call the actual company to rebuddle the fee’s that where applicable for this inconveniance when we call re get attitude, then the whole boss is not here Im the only one here type vibe so we hang up at this moment we are still at home tweeting out thumbs waiting on the truck. The truck finally gets to our home at 4:28pm we sign for the move to get everything started hopefully it goes good. Before they started packing the truck they had to adjust the truck and back it up to the house, the truck doesnt start after about 10 minutes of cranking it, my husbands just shaking his head im inside loosing my mind the move doesnt take that long after that everything is ready to be moved to the other house (again) the truck does not start after about 6-7 tries cranking it up after it starts we start heading to the house the trucls headlight driver side was out so im glas they where not stopped by a cop cause that also would have been clocked because this job is by the hour so we get to the house everything gets unloaded fine and dandy so after everything is done here ckmes the payment we where trying to talk to the drivers about making a card payment because we told the receptionist we are paying card (no) they wanted cash for the job so the driver had to call the office (which where closing soon) amd they figured out everything to get the layment through. After the truck not starting again before they leave.
   I am satisfied with the work which was the move therfore I give them 1 star
   The other four stars are missing because
   1-time
   2-communication
   3-equipment(truck)
   4-customer service
   Those are the 4 stars that are missing there
   Good work bad service…

   Way more expensive than other ups location i have been to. I will not be back. Will mail through post office which is alot cheaper.
