    On Saturday I made a purchase of a TV in Sao del Prado portal in Barranquilla and they agreed to send it on Tuesday, May 31, 2022. But they did not send it. Yesterday I called and the official Carmen Cañas attended me and told me that the order was in enlistment and that it would be delivered between yesterday June 1 and today June 2 and yet it has not arrived.

    Today I called again and another official named Diaz answered me and gave me other telephone numbers. They do not answer them. Could you please inform me about my request.

    THESE PEOPLE ARE THE BEST! I accidentally left my computer and iPad at TSA West security checkpoint at MCO. I live in Denver, Colorado. Olympic Parcel Service coordinates with TSA and picks up Mon-Wed-Fri and then coordinates with the owner of the items to ship them back to them. They packaged the items in bubble wrap, then in an envelope, then in a box, then in foam peanuts in another box and I had it shipped overnight to my house and got to me by 10:30 AM the next day. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

    I can go into the painful details of my experience. Having first been misled by Charlie, then convinced by Jake that I would be very pleased and happy with my services. When clearly I wasn’t, the smug and condescending tone Brittney gave to me when I was informed her CS rep had no authorization to see about getting compensation for our experience. And finally being told by Camille that we offer no compensation for bad customer service. Having the movers they gave my job to steal my Special Needs Son’s VR headset and once my move went from $2600.00 to $8300.00 for a move from Los Angeles to Tucson.
    I cannot express the disgust of the situation and how hard Olympic Parcel Service is fighting to not acknowledge that they took advantage of a single mother with an Autistic child. Or make any amends for the behavior of their representatives.
    I never write Google Reviews as I too am a Customer Service Rep that works in Logistics. However, I would implore you not to use this broker. Especially if you find yourself in a vulnerable position where you need honest and forthcoming people to help you because you are trying to manage your already stressful move.
    The service and attitude is shameful.

    The girl and two guys working at 12:30 pm 12/18/22 looked like she hated her life. Not welcoming, the dude who was bossy was rude, everyone there was unwelcoming. I was supposed to come back but won’t. Disgusting attitudes.
