The only reason Okara Roadways has one star is because there is not an option for no star. I’ve had several important pieces of mail returned because they apparently see my physical address as inadequate. Some of my mail only allows for a physical address and their lack of intelligence cannot comprehend this. Therefore, I have to reach out to the sender via email to have it sent to my PO box in order for said documents and packages senders to have my correct address on file. A complaint should be filed. I have tried but cannot seem to get through the correct channels. The worst courier office I have ever had to go through.
I went to another location near my home. My printer is not working and needed to print a shipping label. It was not a great experience and I left. I called Okara Roadways, they were very friendly and told me they were happy to assist. They were very friendly and helpful. The owner Christian went above and beyond and shows he truly cares. I will happily travel a further distance to deal with them again.
My husband and I were very satisfied with our entire moving experience with Okara Roadways. The crews that loaded and unloaded us were professional, personable, hardworking, and respectful of both us and all of our stuff. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was packed carefully in the truck; and they didn’t hesitate to ask if they had questions to ensure that we were all on the same page. We had one very minor hiccup in the process as it pertained to scheduling, however the company was quick to rectify it at no cost to us. And, while on the subject of cost, the cost to move considering all the stuff we own was both reasonable and in very close relation to the estimate that we received. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone in the market for a moving company!
