   In 5 shipments, 3 of them have been postponed due to FedEx’s downfalls. The latest delivery, a Next Day Delivery, was supposed to arrive yesterday. Low and behold, the driver claimed no one was available to accept the delivery. I was home the entire time and the package did not need to be signed for! It could have been left at the door like all the others, hence the driver did not feel like making the delivery and lied. I called to complain and still have not received my package. I advise all to use USPS or UPS instead. You have lost a customer out of me.

   Trying to get answers over the phone is terrible; it either rings busy or says the mailbox is full try your call again later. I’m waiting on an item to arrive and the tracking says no access for several days, when the streets have been cleared for 2 days.

   I have to completely add onto the notions in the rest of these comments. This branch is horrible at answering the phone. I’ve had numerous packages never arrive or sent to the wrong house because my local postal carrier is a bit off. I’ve had packages put behind my garbage can left out for about 24 hours because I didn’t know he left it there. Whenever I have spoken to anyone, the attitude is that it’s management’s fault and no one cares about them so this is why they don’t care either. I’ve had numerous people there tel me they it’s the fault of the postal service. As much as I am for social services this one I think would be great if we didn’t have at all.
