   How can I authenticate that it is true if they send me a package from abroad. They sent me a photo of the receipt but I do not see a tracking number. I only see a barcode and within that code it says shipment air way not negotiable.

    I usually just buy stamps or post packages here and I have never had a problem.
    The last time I was here, I noticed a sign that passport photos can be taken here so I came back today specifically to do that.
    I waited patiently behind a man wearing an offensive political T-shirt and a line of about three other people formed behind me.
    When it was my turn, I approached the counter and said that I would like to have a passport photo taken or to make an appointment to do so.
    The man at the counter said dismissively, “You can get a passport photo taken at CVS.”
    Obviously, I know that I can get a passport photo taken elsewhere but I know that if I get it done at the USPS it will definitely meet requirements. Besides it’s advertised in the waiting area that it can be done here, and I have come here. I have waited my turn, I have been polite and I have offered to make an appointment to come back when it’s less busy.
    It’s not the end of the world, of course, but this person did not care about what was more convenient for a customer, this was about him not wanting to do this particular thing for some reason.
    Really disappointing. At the very least, take that sign down out of the lobby. You do not offer this service.

    Needed some movers for my furniture and other heavy items as part of my move. Used them previously a couple years back as well for another apartment move out.
    No issues, and the move went well and was stress free.
    I would use them again in the future if I was doing another move.

    I have had a number of great experiences at this location. All of the staff have been great but there’s one particular young man who really goes above & beyond. Not sure if his name but he’s got dark curly hair & glasses. Fortunately I live very close to this location but if I ever move I will make trip back to this store.

    Poor service. We get packages from Fedex all the time but this is the 2nd time the Johnstown branch didn’t get our package to us. The first time it went to Loveland and was returned to the shipper. This time they couldn’t find our house for 3 days. Only after 2 calls to headquarters did our package arrive.
