   They charged me to print a shipping label and other locations didn’t charge me anything!!!!!! Patricia was helpful, courteous and worked with a sense of urgency!!!!!

   First problem I had my tracking showed package out for delivery but no package it was returned back to FEDEX facility driver never attempted to come to my house. Package was delivered the next day….unprofessional driver music up loud. The second problem my packages delivered at someone else home called and reported representative stated someone with get back with me within 2 days it’s passed the 2 days still no call. Still don’t have my packages. FEDEX need to get it together and start holding the drivers responsible for the customers packages. Also, returned phone calls to the customers like you’ll supposed too. FEDEX actually desire NO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!

   Waiting over 4 days for a package at least, not to mention two years ago a Barrington Logistics driver totalled my car. What a joke of a company.

   Eli and Matt did an awesome job. They showed up on time, were very efficient and took great care of our stuff. Their attitude was great despite having to carry a huge couch up two flights of stairs as well as everything else! Overall great experience, would recommend!

   I had a few deliveries with them. 4 hour delivery windows on weekdays is ridiculous. Suppose to give a call a head and never did. Then the last delivery was suppose to be between 8 and noon and I waited all day and no one showed, or responded to my emails or calls.
