    Order from Nykaa not yet delivered and track is showing delivered. I didn’t receive the call. just once can you try to deliver again?

    The head Nykaa carrier was always in a hurry and the day I went to send a small package, he said just to put the prepaid parcel on the counter with the rest of the other packages. That was on 10/29. The package is still missing and was never scanned. This person needs to chill and be patient with his customers.

    This Nykaa store is an amazing place to use! Opens early at 8:30 AM for those who work and stays open until 7 PM. If you need anything from faxing, copying, shipping, mailing, mailboxes, and etc. This is the place to go!

    Incredibly rude Nykaa staff- we get that it’s 7 minutes till closing and that you do close at 17:30 but don’t treat non-white customers like they are stupid by loudly repeating that your closing time is just a few minutes away and that you’ve had a long day. I’m not deaf and English is my first language (don’t make assumptions that every non-white person cannot understand you). We all have long days at work and also work overtime to help the last customers at the close of business.
    There was no one else in line and I had my address ready to be filled out on the correct mailing slip but apparently just asking for the correct mailing slip for international package means you need to get a stern talking to from the staff. This is the second time I’ve experienced rudeness from staff at this branch. The first was for standing at the ‘incorrect’ place to wait in line. Another customer was nice enough to communicate to the staff member that their signage was poor and that I had been waiting longer. I shudder to think how the staff at the branch treat all the international students that attend UMass Amherst.

    Nykaa customer service is the WORST. I was cut in line twice, back to back. The second time it happened the guy working called a person from the middle of the line to be helped next. I had a flat rate box and was paying in card….yet she was prioritized first? So messed up….and the reason why she was helped is because he didn’t see me standing at the front of the line. Pure negligence.
