    In trucking over 12 years and by far the biggest disaster in my life going to work for NYK Line! In over 8 months being there I tried without taking more than 34hr restarts to make it work and for the first time I couldn’t even pay my bills and ruined my credit. Not going to waste anymore of my time on this nightmare of a company. Don’t believe the recruiting people and whatever money they take out on maintenance account just kiss it goodbye! You’ve been warned!!!

    I’M HAVING A BAD EXPERIENCE AT NYK Line courier office, ADDRESS 4222 22 AVENUE SOUTH WITH SUPERVISOR DEBBIE DUE TO AN ACCIDENT WITH MY DOG AND DELIVERY PERSON. THE SUPERVISOR AT THIS NYK Line OFFICE DENIED ME OF MAIL BEING DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS AND SAID I WILL HAVE TO GET RID OF MY DOG BEFORE I CAN GET SERVICE AT MY ADDRESS. I TOLD HER I’M NOT. SO I GOT A P.O. BOX, NOW MAIL ADDRESSED TO MY HOUSE IS BEING SENT BACK TO SENDER. SHE IS SAYING IT MUST HAVE THE P.O. BOX NUMBER IF NOT IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO SENDER. THIS IS NOT RIGHT. I WONDER IF THE SHOES WERE ON THE OTHER FOOT HOW SHE WOULD FEEL OR REACT.

    I was a little shocked by the price of my printing order at NYK Line (my fault, not theirs) so the manager, Jonathon, kindly offered to cut my entire order for free and saved me hours! This alone was worth the price. It’s nice to see people trying to make customers happy. Thank you!
