   Company was communicative but did not arrive on time. Not a big deal. However, the pins on the back ramp that allowed the driver to deliver his cargo were shot. I had to help in order to have the crate delivered. Truck in barely operable condition. These types of issues reek of upper management raking it in while leaving equipment and employees to get the job done with sub-par support. I’ve seen both ends of the spectrum. To the owners- put more into your people and equipment and eat a little less caviar- a business model of bare minimums doesn’t last. Nice employees just trying to get it done.

   DC Movers made my move so easy!! Timely and communicated well. Everything was perfectly wrapped and they paid careful attention to some of my antique furniture. When they took the drawers out of my Great Grandmothers dresser they found the bottom had fallen out….and then they repaired it for me on the spot! If that’s not service I don’t know what is! DC Movers is the way to go.

   I have a great experience every time I walk into this store. Everyone always has a smile on their face and always greets every person that walks through the door. Able to answer questions quickly. Speedy service and always trys to give the best deal possible.
