   This is the worst place to come for pick up or drop or delivery. Very rude staff in front desk check in area. Checked in at 10:00 for a 10:45 appointment. They kick me out for nothing saying you are late while waiting in line 40 drivers ahead of me

   I’ve had my P.O. box there since 2007 parking is a little tough around holidays and mondays.the staff is wonderful and very helpful

   Long distance move: Failure to deliver at every turn. Still waiting to hear when our goods will arrive. Local loading team was careless, resulting in damage to house on way out. Move coordinators are deceptive and not customer oriented. They do not disclose that they do not load direct. They offer no solutions or help to customers whose belongings they have.
   Will update if/when goods arrive and we can inspect inventory for loss and damage. Maybe they’ll pull through, but at current point in the experience it is nothing but anxiety-producing unprofessionalism from Planes.
   Do not use this company.
   UPDATE: Items arrived with considerable damage and documents containing falsehoods. Some items were wet. Furniture badly scratched. Mattress ripped. And this is just what is visible as they unload.

   Not sure if UPS corporate owns this store or not but they pretty much refused to service me because I used regular tape (which I’ve used before with no issues if you multi layer it is fine). They wanted to charge me $10 to buy a roll of tape. I left the package anyway and said if it gets lost I’ll be coming back. Employees are always African-American and very rude and unfriendly.
   I would strongly avoid using this location. This is my second bad experience here and I’m going to start going to another location from this point forward even though this is the closest location for me.

   Overpriced. A box was $9 and ground shipping was $33 for a 2 lb item. You’d be better off going through the post office and definitely don’t use their boxes.
