    If I could get my mail from somewhere else I would because they have messed up my stuff. I’ve spent months trying to recieve my EBT card. But I recieve no mail at all because they either lost it or sent it back. My address is up to date but still. No mail. No nothing. This is hurting my family. I need that card because I have a baby. I don’t eat I can’t feed my child. This post office has messed up everything. I am so upset by this.

    Ralph and Aaron were very hard working. They were both respectful towards my wife and I. They were responsive towards all our requests without complaint. We would highly recommend them to our neighbors as well.

    TMS was consigned delivery, they called and immediately it was clear they did jot want to handle my delivery. They announced they were delivering the next day, and when I reasonable asked to make delivery arrangements for another day because of work constraints they claimed that was impossible, that delivery was only available the next day as they could not hold any freight. If That was not already inconvenient enough, they refused to provide the liftgate service to my driveway and said they would only meet me at a location 1 mile away, drop my 375 pound on the road and leave it to me to figure out how to get it to my house. If that was not acceptable they would have to send the item back to the primary long haul company for them to make different delivery arrangements. The explanation they provided for refuses to meet the delivery terms, they only had a 50+ foot truck. When I told them their website showed they had a 30 foot box truck equipped with liftgate, they claimed ignorance. Apparently it is my fault because they refuse to use a smaller truck, which they have in their inventory, to make delivery. This makes their company Useless. The -erson who called was rude, dismissive and offered no optionsmother than take it or leave and clearly presented the attitude of no wanting to bother with ,y delivery.
