    Package was suppose to be delivered, but was told they stop deliveries at 5:00 pm. And it was not delivered. It was returned to hub and was told it will be delivered the next day.

    I was a little nervous about making a move all on my own while my husband was overseas, but the folks at O’Brien’s actually made it the easiest move I have ever made. My first contact was John Norton, who was very professional and easy to relate to. He quickly assessed the move and communicated everything I needed to know in order to be ready for moving day. The crew was courteous and worked quickly–the whole household was moved across town by early afternoon. They made it look easy — and even reassembled several pieces without any problems or damages. By the end of the day, I felt like these guys were my friends!

    In many occasions, instead of ringing my door bell to deliver a signature-required package, the carrier simply put a note in my mail box. As a result, I had to take time from work (25 miles away) to be at the post office during its working hours. Occasionally, I got mail addressed to my neighbors, among them were bills and account statements. I’ve tried to address delivery issues at the post office in person more than once. However, I could never meet with the manager, and all my issues were ignored. Right now, I have in my hand a missed-delivery notice (since Friday, 10/12). The sender did not ask for signature who promptly requested and was promised a re-delivery on Monday, 10/15. It did not happen. The service quality at this postal office has gone down significantly in the last 2 years or so. I’ve rarely provided negative comments. However, I feel that this is important to the community and must be corrected.
