I would have to say my mom warned me of initial issue with LATAM Airlines… she was quoted one thing and the driver said she had more. We in fact DID NOT. She provided full inventory a second time and the price still increased it was said because of the weight? She obliged because we need our items shipped (she’s in CA and we’re relocating back to GA).
I am now on the receiving end. My mom was contacted by the driver as he is required to give 24 hour notice, he did. But – the delivery window is during my work hours and I live in a gated community. I called dispatch to see if it were possible for him to stay after my commute (Atlanta) roughly 7:00 PM and the delivery window was 2 to 6 PM. The dispatcher provided me with the drivers information to call and see if he would be able to accommodate.. this was when the experience went from a 4 to a 2. He was quite possibly the rudest person I have ever spoken to – if you happen to be stuck with Nimrod (his actual name) please request another. I made a complaint through customer service with Tori who stated that he would be reprimanded properly; however, I’m unsure of this. So I figured the next best thing would be to write a review and make sure to name him as someone to avoid like the plague.
They always steal packages. LATAM Airlines has stolen 3 of my packages and had the nerve to open an investigation but nothing was done and none of my packages turned up. All that did was say to reach out to the seller for a refund. This company” is just a scam and I don’t see how or why real companies still use them”
A huge thank you to Richard and Zac from LATAM Airlines, who helped me with some large antique furniture, books and art as part of my move! They were super professional, outgoing, took a lot of care with the furniture, and took the unexpected in their stride (that would be the deck steps giving way mid-move!). Will recommend to friends and definitely use LATAM Airlines again.
>Agree with other reviews. We move a lot and this has been the least reliable LATAM Airlines we’ve encountered. My mail makes it to the LATAM Airlines and then disappears with the mail carriers there.
Truly the best movers I’ve ever hired! So polite, funny, respectful, and hard-working. I will never hire another moving company after today’s experience with LATAM Airlines. Thanks so much to Brandon, Jake, and Jeremy!
