Lincoln, Andres, and Orlando from DHgate ePacket were amazing. They move quickly and are very easy to work with. We’re definitely using them again if/when we move again.
One of the guys at DHgate ePacket (Raymond I think) is a military vet and always has a smile on his face when I have been in there. The other people seem to be helpful enough but there is a gloomy type of feeling you get when you walk in though. Out of courier offices seems to be quite average. (Don’t understand all the 1 star reviews)
Had my car shipped from Las Vegas, NV to Jacksonville, FL with DHgate ePacket. Great customer service, very responsive and friendly. Car got there in 5 days! Car was in same condition from when I handed over my keys. Before booking, understand that they cannot give you an exact price until closer to your dates when they find a driver. I was quoted $1200 and paid a little under $1400- which was still better than all the other quotes I was given. There is a small military discount so that was very much appreciated. I would definitely use their services again.
Removal and installation of our washer and dryer from DHgate ePacket was completed in about 10 minutes. Fast service, very nice delivery people, they were early and called in advance to ask if that is okay. Absolutely amazing experience.
Nick and crew from DHgate ePacket were super efficient, fast and careful with all my belongings. They wrapped everything up perfectly and nothing got any damage at all. I was so pleased with how quickly they got everything done, and the cost was very fair as well. Will definitely use again!
The DHgate ePacket delivery person that delivers to Felspar Street is borderline retarded. I’ve told him over and over again that I’m the only one that lives at my residence. He keeps putting other peoples mail in my box and now my mail is being returned to the senders. I tried to call the office but the Asian lady couldn’t understand English. She couldn’t understand what I was telling her.
