    NNR GLOBAL LOGISTICS is the ABSOLUTE WORST shipping company ever. I have a business that has been waiting on a package that was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday 12/18/19. On Wednesday the delivery date was changed to Thursday. The package never showed up on Thursday, then Friday they came before I got to my store. Saturday a no show, Monday a no show so I opted to have them hold at a pickup location by me. Only to find out that is a 24 hour redirect. Tuesday the package never showed up at my location or the pickup location. Today I called only to find out the main NNR Global Logistics office couldn’t find it. I was put on hold, told someone will call me back etc. I escalated to the customer advocate which also gave me the run around. Finally someone called back only to tell me she wouldn’t be able to locate it until tomorrow. Wrong answer. So how is it the shipping company can’t locate a package? Mindboggling since this is what you’re paid to do. While on the phone with Angela who is explaining to me why I have to wait until tomorrow, my other line rings I put her on hold and a nice lady says, your package is here, you can come pick it up. And yes they were at the same location. Long story short, if you have to ship something use USPS PRIORITY or UPS. I’ve never had a bad experience with either of their services.

    Phyllis, Jeff, and the team of movers from NNR GLOBAL LOGISTICS were invaluable to my company located in Utah while I remote managed a project in the Chicago area. We used NNR Global Logistics to move equipment to and from 10 different locations and to store overnight for shipping back home. Nothing was broken, the movers were on time and communicated any issues or concerns that they ran into (accidents, traffic, etc…) and the service was so great our clients have said they will use them for their needs in the future. NNR Global Logistics not only stored our equipment for us while we set up shipping home, but put it on pallets and shrink wrapped it for us to make our pick up easier. I cannot say enough good things about them. From all of our staff in Utah, THANK YOU!

    Same as all the other negative reviews about NNR Global Logistics. Always stand in line to get a confirmation receipt. I made the mistake of not doing that. Being in a rush I just recently placed a priority mail in their self drop off – I see no activity on my tracking, and you can’t even get someone on the phone. Just a horrible experience, this branch should be investigated.

    Unprofessional. The kid that was working at nnr global logistics took 5 minutes to end his personal phone call on his cell phone before he could be bothered to help me – eventually telling me I needed to go to an actual ups store to process my shipment.
