   Had a parcel to go urgently late in the afternoon. (4.45pm – busy AF at this facility)
   Dealt with 3x counter service officers. Absolute 1st class customer service from them all. Polite, pleasant and knowledgeable – all of them well spoken, smiling and efficient.
   Such an amazing contrast to the franchise outlets around here..

   Due to my business I go here almost on a daily basis. I know people complain about having bad experiences but you have be on the line and see people’s requests. They are trying to send things they don’t know where they are sending them. They don’t provide all the information and create all sort of delays. People who work here have always been helpful with me, I cannot say otherwise

   Courier states he tried to deliver, but could not deliver successfully, my wife and I have been home all day working in the garden in the front of the house. 10 feet from the front door. Delivery was not attempted. Courier did not try at all.

   Not worth even one star. Worst of worst courier service. Was showing out for delivery at 4:30 pm, then after 8 pm i got the tracking status :Undelivered (Reason Code : 331 – Consignee requested for future delivery ). Without calling me and contacting me how could they show such status???

   This office establishef by the ts state government. Here … No need of public relations. These officers work for rural development as well as provides rural infra structure such as roads and sanitation.
