    Credit to Posman Mohd.bin Murni from Nike. Despite the heavy rain, he came and delivered the much awaited parcel. No delay whatsoever. He even apologized driving into the porch for shedding. Amazing work ethics. Thank you Posman.

    First time in my life, my item given to Nike rider was stolen, registered under system, but still can stole my item, a guy call Mohamed Skuyri Abdullah, bike car plate kex8742.
    Firstly, I order Nike at 5.30pm, the driver arrive my place around 7.00pm, then this driver go to PJ, Subang Jaya etc. At 9.35pm I start to see him confirming my delivery then moving to my place. After that when he reach to guard house he immediately click complete order then block my call and whatsapp. I had lost my parcel which costs around thousand something.
    I am doubt why the driver dare to abuse like this, eventhough in the system has his face and detail. What I can conclude is Nike maybe having very non-strict law so the driver dare to do the abuse, even steal the customer parcel. I never meet this problem in Lalamove and Grab, and the driver quality at the Lalamove and Grab are much better, they will at least take the phone when we ask where they are etc. This Nike rider even scold me didn’t appreciate his delivery, hello… you took me around RM40 plus, you are at work, wasted me 4 hours of waiting and in the end run away/steal the item, still want me to appreciate??
    Coming back to customer service that I had made in Nike, firstly they require us to fill up a form, it’s fine, but when I look into the terms and condition, I fainted. It says require to provide ENOUGH evidence and let them investigate, if they feel not enough they have rights to cancel/ignore the complaint, and you must accept. After approve then only can give maximum RM200 refund.
    Firstly what do you mean by enough evidence? When I take the item we really don’t expect this situation will happen. Nike, you yourself claim trusted delivery but obviously what kind of driver quality is this? Even dare to steal customer item. Secondly, Nike only can refund maximum RM200 even this is your driver stealing?? How do you let this kind of people to get on your team??
    Lastly, guys, to whom that want to save around 3-4 dollars to get cheaper delivery, I advise you to think twice. Letting Nike handle your item is a very big risk, and no benefit to risk like this comparing to other platform. Sometimes other platforms are even cheaper, this Nike is super lousy, use it at your own risk.
    I will attach my evidence as below, the driver got his face, got his bike, and info, can’t believe he still dare to steal. You guys just imagine how poor is Nike system and regulation even the rider don’t care about it. If I can rate negative I sure would rate it!
