    This is now the second time FedEx has decided not to deliver a package. This time they claimed they tried but no one was home.. at 6:41 on a Sunday morning. Everyone was home. And the package was dog food, the same monthly package we receive and never sign for. Not sure why they decided this time it was unexceptable to just leave it on the porch like they have done every other time. Very tempted to stop using services that use FedEx just because they are so unreliable.

    Extremely disappointed in the quality of service. About 10:45am on 5.16.22, I entered carrying a large box, around 60lbs and was pleasantly surprised at the automatic doors that opened in front of me. There were people at each register so I attempted to set the box on the center counter (about hip height). When a register opened, I looked at the staff member and asked where would you like this? She directed me to place the 60lb box on TOP of a stack of other boxes, height of my shoulders (I’m 5’6). Thankfully a customer behind me helped me set the box on the floor. After scanning my barcode, she handed me the other half of a pre-paid label and just stood, staring at me. I asked her if it contained a tracking number and she pointed to the paper that’s your tracking. I asked her if she needed anything else from me and she replied I just told you… no.
    Customer service skills and a basic smile are not difficult things to teach employees to offer. Additionally, to ask me to place a 60+lb box on top of an existing pile is absurd. Rude and unpleasant would be a good summation of my experience. I will not be using this location for any personal shipping needs. Very disappointing, as it’s super close to my home.

    Even though the team arrived an hour late, they still finished within 3 hours and provided top notch service. I was impressed with how careful they were with all my furniture. Great job!

    This company made moving our family a breeze and took so much of the edge off of the whole process. They sent three movers and they worked very quickly, they were accommodating, courteous and down to business the whole time. Our final invoice matched the estimate, and they were great communicators throughout about what it would be.
