   How do I return a package? There is NO receipt or information on or in the package.

   Where is the shipment under tracking number 610172965026670586607081? It has not delivered to AT & T TV and they are billing me hundreds of dollars for non-returned equipment. Newgistics picked up from USPS on 4 May, and there is no additional tracking info beyond May 12, 2020, which stops at “in transit to Grapevine, TX at 6.56 am”. The USPS tracking number barcoded on the Return label is 9202390100785600556941, which shows received on 30 April by USPS, and turned over to Newgisitcs on 4 May.

   Please advise ASAP due to these excessive charges. Provide proof of delivery or location of where the shipment is?

   I am still waiting on my package to be delivered after 8 weeks. 4201514892612927005455000003554864. It’s been around the US but not to my home. I have ordered other packages and received them all. What is the hold up.
   I have tried to contact Eco Braces several times and no response. They only have an email without a phone number. I don’t want the package at this point, I am requesting a refund.

   Can you tell me where my package is I ordered this on July 1,2020 and I still have not received my package.
   This is my tracking number 9261292700545001645408 and it shows it is in Newgistics facility in Atlanta GA on July 10th at 5:48 am. And today is the 21 of July 2020 and I still don’t have my package. Could you please let me know when I will receive it.

   Can you explain to me why my package sat at the Post Office for 10 days before it was picked up. I also am dealing with ATT TV claiming I did not return the item in time and they are charging us over $100.00.

   Horrible, Horrible, Horrible service. I do most of my shopping on-line and typically never have an issue. Over the last two months, I have had three shipments where I had to get refunds because Newgistics has lost my packages or simply stopped tracking for days. In one case, I finally received after 4 weeks. They route your packages all over the country oftentimes seemingly backtracking destinations. I’m ready to stop shopping at my favorite on-line stores if they use this service! Did I say “HORRIBLE!”

   Tracking Number 420569019202390100721405784547. The package was mailed using a label received with the hearing aids from the La Feria, TX Post Office. The shipping label supplied for the return by MD Hearing Aid did not have a name or address on the label, just a bar code for the shipping address. It was then sent to USPS in McAllen, TX. who transferred the package to Newgistics (Pitney Bowes) who says it was delivered to a return center in Fort Worth, TX 76117. MD Hearing Aid says they do not have a return center in TX. Can you please check the bar code on this shipment and confirm the company name and address for the return center in Fort Worth, TX.

   Where is the package? It had to be shipped and received since November 24/2022 and now I’m being charged . I want my package delivered that’s a lot of money I’m being charged.

    OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Shout out to Chad & Syed
    After running around to different UPS stores with inconvenient hours and less than helpful staff, Chad & Syed made my first return to Amazon Prime a smooth one!
    Somewhat difficult location to get to but the staff with great customer serivice & knowledge make it worth it!

    This PLACE SUCKS , MAIL DELIVERY WORKER LEAVES MAIL BOX DOOR OPEN AND ALL MAIL GETS WATER ON IT COMPLAINED TO MAIL SUPVS AND STILL DOSENT CORRECT THE PROBLEM MAIL STIL CONTINUES TO COME LATE , U.S.P.S CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN. !!!!!!!

    Went there first this morning after a poor experience at UPS just up the road on Eldridge Parkway yesterday and Mohsin was first class, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!
    Can’t recommend highly enough, efficient and professional service with a smile for 25% less than the brown van guys…

    Tim was incredibly helpful in getting my car shipped to a different state. Tim had great communication with me through the entire process and was extremely helpful whenever I had a question. Overall, he made the somewhat stressful situation manageable and even gave me a cheaper rate than competitors!
