If I could leave this place zero stars I would. Unfortunately, there is not such an option so I’m leaving one star because of the following reasons.
To start with, his company does not have strong guys to handle heavy items, their team is very poorly organized and they are not trained to perform this job. They did my move from Tampa to Miami, and they broke every single item that belong to my furniture. They were not strong, coordinated, organized, and experienced to do this type of work.
After the damage was done, I was trying to get in touch with management and work something out regarding getting my money back , for the items that were broken and destroyed. They would constantly direct my calls to voicemail, not answer my messages, neither return my calls back on time, and they always came back with some type of excuse how they would only refund $.50 per pound.
They destroyed items that were very expensive and luxurious , and $.50 per pound does no justice.
I really thought they were joking with me.
They destroyed over $10,000 worth of merchandise.
I ended up getting a 700$ check for broken items , which is not even the price of my carpet.
The coffee table alone that was broken costed me 2.000$. Are you kidding me ???
I was deeply disappointed and I would never do or recommend doing business again with this company. Bad , bad business.
My brother was moving to California from Boston and they picked up his things from two locations. One was a storage facility and the other our home. We had a lot of things to wrap and sort. The guys were fantastic! They wrapped everything very well taking extreme care to make sure that my brother’s furniture, pictures, mirrors, computer monitor etc. would travel well across the country. They took care of us like we were their own family with smiles and laughs the whole time. What could have been difficult and stressful was a breeze! Everything was easy and everything we asked was responded to with a yes. They way exceeded our expectations and were a pleasure to work with. Thank you!
They have the worst delivery drivers! They claim they come and deliver and leave no notices! In addition when you request early in the day for a “redelivery” (when there was no initial delivery) they leave it up to the driver’s decision how incompetent can they be if they don’t deliver the first time and they are sure not going to “return”! FedEx really has to fix this they really ruined my birthday waiting for my birthday gift that I had to sign for! My birthday wish is to really fix this, for FedEx to truly give the customer service that consumers deserve and that UPS could do all our deliveries because they deliver as scheduled and have efficient drivers! More companies should solely contract with UPS!
