   WOW person answering phone sounded like they were totally annoyed to have to answer a question. Could not even say your welcome or bye just hung up

   I am running into an issue with this post office marking deliveries as “delivered to mailbox” and not receiving the packages. Submitted a missing package form online and was told it was delivered. I keep getting told to call back as someone who is working the case will be back in an hour and now noone is answering the phone. Very poor customer service. I have tried getting a refund for the missing package as this post office lost it, so they sent a replacement and they lost that package as well. Not impressed.

   My package was marked as delivered. The photo they provided was so blurry I couldn’t even tell where it is, but it definitely wasn’t my apartment building based off the color scheme. My landlord reviewed the security cameras and the driver was never even seen at my building. Either the driver can’t read and brought it somewhere else, or they just decided to take it for themselves, as it was a fairly expensive tool. I’ve never had much faith in fedex, and this only solidifies my beliefs.

   Because Amerifreight had such great reviews I decided to take my business there. I called Jorge who helped me through the process step by step explaining everything. I decided to pick the priority pickup and my car was picked up about 2-3 days after I placed the order. Delivery was faster than I expected. It took five days to get here across the country. Will definitely take my business here again if I ever need my car shipped.
