    You can go to USPS and have them lose your package or you can go here and pay 200% more in shipping. Oh well. At least Kai was a great, nice employee.

    The main carrier that delivers to us is awesome and friendly however some of the fill ins aren’t so great ordered several packages that came thru usps for my sons birthday all of them came up as delivered and put in someone else’s mailbox in my complex I will most likely never get my packages returned to me.

    Needed to return Amazon package but had printed wrong return code….female employee BEST EVER at explaining how to do this and also helped with a problem I was having with my phone. She was fantastic and so helpful….. was there 1/13/20 at around 11:30 AM.

    4 people working in the shop, but 2 working counter. 1 was working a shipment of 30 items to Canada which takes a lot of time, and the other worker was slow. I was 4th in line and it took 30 minutes to drop off an Amazon return with a QR code. The two other people were not really doing anything. When I left,, 10 people in line,, most outside in the wind. This is POOR management of personnel and customers. With the lost Christmas return rush, there should be a dedicated person for just preabled or QR code returns. Next time I go to Kohl’s, as this was unacceptable.
