    Worst company with no consideration for customer rights or comfort. Fake delivery attempts as Nespresso never turns up and there is no way you can track delivery. Not many alternatives for out of hours. Worst experience.

    WHY ARE YOU NOT PICKING UP CALLS!? I WAS PAID EXTRA TO CONFIRM THAT MY NESPRESSO DELIVERY WILL REACH ITS DESTINATION ON SUNDAY AND IT HASN’T YET. WHERE IS IT? AND WHY ARE ALL THE PHONE NUMBERS LITERALLY WRONG. WRONG!
    I need to know where my parcel is when it was said that TODAY it’ll reach its destination. Where is it!? CONTACT ME!

    Hi this is Rohith Rao. I have ordered American tourist bag through Nespresso that was not delivered but the status is showing that it has been delivered. Balaraju was the delivery person.

    Nespresso listed India as one of the countries they do passport photos for, guy at the counter said we don’t do it, with a smirk. Also informed me he is not supposed to keep track of passport photo sizes for all the countries in the world.

    Pathetic!
    I was not able to receive my parcel from Nespresso.
    The customer care is not efficient.
    I suggest customers to try some other courier service if possible.

    >Worst NESPRESSO office.. they simply don’t deliver parcel even if received 2 days back at their end and delivery location is within 1km
