   Overall they did a very good job, and did not damage any of the items and property. The only thing is that I have asked for a flat rate and they ended up charging more than expected due to all kind of additional fees that were never mentioned when they gave me the quote. Movers were very professional and were working quickly and efficiently.

   Honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company and I had a moving company lose all my belongings for a week.
   APX took advantage of my grandparents by gouging them with $15,000 in Administrative fees alone (of which we never received an itemized list of said fees as requested). They charged an excess of $30,000 to move one trailer of property and then charged an additional $6000 for a shuttle service to deliver over the last quarter mile. The shuttle service consisted of a day’s rental on two uhaul trucks (~$200) and a local moving company to unload the truck ($1200, which the local company was never paid). So by my math, that is an additional $4600 in Administrative fees.
   To cap everything off, they refused payment upon delivery despite having a form of payment that was outlined on their contract. They proceeded to demand cash ($23k worth on a Saturday afternoon) or money orders.
   Their 24 hr customer service phone number leads to a former employee. Also their hired subcontracted driver had multiple citations for driving a commercial motor vehicle with a suspended CDL due to safety violations and used agism slurs against my grandfather.
   Long story short, if you value your hard earned money and wish to receive your belongings in a timely manner, I would steer clear of APX. If you wish to experience elder abuse and be swindled for every cent they can bleed from you, then you might consider APX moving.
