    Jordan and KC did an outstanding job! I had several large and heavy pieces of furniture that had to be moved down a narrow stairwell and they did a great job moving it.     So first let me say that from the start, this company was A+ professional and helpful with my interstate move. Competitive rates, great office staff, fantastic onsite crew. Everything on time as promised.
    Coming out of storage, I discovered two pieces of my furniture were slightly damaged. One of the pieces had a permanently affixed shelf removed, and upon inquiring, the reply I received was it was necessary to remove it for storage. That made no sense to me considering the wood shelf was behind a locked glass closed door and the other self was undamaged.
    Regardless, I wrote a nice email to my sales rep asking if he could shed any light on the damaged pieces. I was unable to get a response initially, but one of the managing partners did reach out me and expressed concern about the situation. We spoke so I could explain what happened in more detail and he requested some photos and discussed with me a plan to try to get the shelf repaired. This was an unexpected offering, but one which coincides with the overall good service this company has provided from the onset.
    With the care that the Miracle team has shown, and the desire to make things right specific to trying to repair the broken shelf, I will hire this company again and would recommend that all of you do the same. They are solid and will take care of you from start to finish.

    This was our second time to use this moving company, since the first time went extremely well. Again, an amazing job, the two movers worked efficiently and worked hard to move us in a timely manner. No issues, no complaints. My only regret was not getting an additional mover to make our move a bit quicker. Needless to say, with all that we had, they worked hard, quickly and were polite in doing so. All the items were well taken care of. We will contact Iron-Back Movers the next time that we decide to move.
