   I’ve been home all day and the courier didn’t buzz the door or ring me, and dropped my parcel more than 5kms from my home address. This was the second time I have used them. The first time, they dropped my parcel 3kms from my place and my 2 housemates working from home didn’t hear anything when the courier arrived. I won’t be making a purchase from anybody that uses these couriers in future.

   Zero stars. Package lost in their depot for over two weeks. Asked me to wait 9 working days for their ‘search’. Contacted them again after 7 working days to ask if there was any update and what happens if it is lost. Received a curt reply saying to wait 9 working days. Only after pushing them on their poor response did they admit they can’t find it and I should contact the seller who they will refund. Appalling customer service and not a whiff of an apology. Avoid.

   Seems to be purposefully holding back packages, inspecting the contents, asking questions into specifics. Very long wait times and poor service. I’m not sure if it’s actual incompetence or corruption within the organization. Either way, avoid if possible.

   Excellent family removal firm.i got 3 quotes & they weren’t cheapest but my brother had used them 20yrs ago to move to brisbane. I like their reliability .

   Great customer service. Patience is needed understanding their system but their team are super helpful in helping you navigate it.

   Mekhi,Antonio, Turane Maddox, deanthony, Quinton Davis, Max Close, Cody, and tamari were great to work with. Would highly recommend!
