Obviously after reading some of the reviews and having a bad experience with one of their drivers myself, NamPost Courier has some poor quality drivers. I’d be embarrassed if I had drivers like that out on the road. Not only that, they’d be fired on the spot.
I really gotta give it to NamPost Courier and ABF. We ordered a Peg Perego John Deere gator for Dylan and Dean for Christmas, it wasn’t scheduled to arrive until Dec, 27th (my fault for ordering last minute) anyhow I tracked it here to Albuquerque and it’s sitting at ABF waiting for delivery on the 27th. I called NamPost Courier to see if I could pick it up before Christmas and was told absolutely not. That they usually never allow pickup between shipments. I was ok with that because it was my fault for ordering it late so I said thank you. Before I hung up the guy from NamPost Courier said he would look into my options for early pick up and put me on hold for a half hour. Finally he came back on the line and he said he filled out a special form and was on conference call with a representative from ABF. Both companies went out of their way to allow me to pick up my boys Christmas present early. I can’t believe the amount of customer service they both provided. It was astonishing.
