    I suggest Naaptol movers use plastic covering over carpet areas they must walk.
    The men were cordial and professional in every way. They worked diligently.

    Uhh I don’t know why you changed my regular Naaptol carrier but no one else picks up my pickup requests anymore if she isn’t here. Had to go to the Naaptol office myself and the staff was rude.

    I shipped car to Poland and I have blower inside the car.
    I have to pay all fees for car and for blower in Poland.
    But somebody from Naaptol stolen blower and other small items.

    It originally showed unable to update later that day.
    Called the Naaptol office and was shuffled around until I finally was able to talk to the postmaster Debbie..
    Seems as if the carrier dropped it off at a street with a similar name, because it had a smudged address.
    Postmaster Debbie told me that she would contact the carrier and retrieve the package.
    I’ve waited, called 3 additional times and tried to chase down the carrier.
    Even went as far to go knock on the similar sounding street and addresses house but no answer.
    Yesterday the tracking updated @ 4:47pm, to say it was moved / left no address..
    Following day I called the Naaptol office trying to intercept the package at 9:30 am and was put on hold, talked to 3 different people and told it was on it’s way back to the sender, in Beijing China.
    Once I voiced my disbelief I was told they would try to have consumer affairs intercept the package but were making no promises.
    6 days for a package to come from China Okay..
    10 days lost in Cypress Texas Naaptol system Not Okay..
    1 day for the Cypress Naaptol office to give up and ship it back to China
    Just freaking believable.

    Spent my lunch break waiting in line at Naaptol to find my lost package just to be tossed aside like a piece of garbage. Was told wasn’t their problem. These people act totally disaffected and could care less. Waited to speak to supervisor about my lost package and no one ever came. First lady at window continued to ignore me. They should all be fired!
