    I’m not sure about their other locations, but I used them for a local move in Tampa, and it was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made.
    The 5 star reviews are very confusing to me. I was promised “two men” for my small one bedroom move. I have very average to small amount of belongings-standard furniture, and about 30 boxes including 10
    bags of pillows and miscellaneous linens. The distance of the move was one mile between apartments.
    The move took FOUR HOURS. Four hours.
    The “men” they sent appeared to be two scrawny teenage boys who shuffled their feet and walked so incredibly slow I could have moved myself faster.
    I am 5’ tall and they were almost the same size as me.
    Their “supervisor” was an older gentleman who appeared to have some sort of back injury and showed up at my house barefoot and eating a sandwich.
    They brought nothing to prop open doors when they were made fully aware by me that they would be needing to prop open doors at both locations as they were apartment buildings. They were so confused and annoyed by this and took 20 minutes to figure out how to prop open a door with nothing to prop it open with.
    It took them almost 45 minutes to actually begin moving boxes, which I don’t believe I was charged for, but I am clueless as to what small move needs 45 minutes of prep work.
    My main issue was the length of time it took, when I have had many many many movers do it in half the time. It made it seem like they were moving slow on purpose in order to earn more money. It should absolutely not take four hours to move a 700sf one bedroom apartment.
    And the cherry on top was that not a single mover was wearing a mask in the middle of a global pandemic.
    I understand this is a budget/affordable moving company. But the amount of unprofessionalism and the quality of the actual movers who “have health and fitness tests weekly” according to their website, was appalling.
    As others have mentioned, I emailed and called Scott with my complaints and have heard radio silence.
    He appeared to be very professional when I first spoke with him, and now I understand it is all a front.
    If you’re looking for a cheap mover, please do yourself a favor and stay away from these people.
    Hire Fast Moves of Tampa Bay instead, they were awesome.
