    Sir good day! Sir I send my two boxes in your office here in Dubai, the Super Jumbo and Bulilit. I send it last November 5. Yesterday my family received the Super Jumbo only but the Bulilit did not receive. Sir what happen to my Bulilit box supposed to be they will receive the two boxes but only the Super Jumbo they received. Thank you Sir for answering my question.

    Parcel booked by jain cow therapy on 17 July not yet received from MSM International and when trying for tracking it is showing out for delivery and after some time showing rescheduled by customer and today on 26th July it’s showing restricted entry, no local number for contact. Very poor service from MSM International.

    Four days ago I missed my MSM International parcel by about 30 mins, so I called (their automated service) straight away and had it set for delivery the next day and the next day came and no delivery, and this has happened for the past three days. Every day no delivery after it was promised and now I have to wait to see if it turns up tomorrow. I am absolutely livid and will be making my complaint to WatchDog and Citizens Advice. Not only this but their phone service is automated, and you physically can’t speak to anyone unless it’s on their online chat and that I promise you won’t get anywhere with.
    How can a company like MSM International make money? If it were my choice, I would definitely NOT use this company. If this were something like a local supermarket, I would never return.
    Because of this, I will never order with a business that will use MSM International.
    Also, if I have not already mentioned their customer service is worse than a 1-star hotel.

    Hired 2 guys from MSM International to help pack. They didn’t really pack… just randomly shoved items in boxes. Would not recommend MSM International for packing services.

    If you are browsing then don’t pass MSM International lightly, good all round service you won’t be disappointed. Great to work with, will definitely use again.
