    How can the MPS Express postman just state unsuccessful delivery because of closed premises??!! I am whole day at home waiting for the parcel and the door bell not even ring?! And also the status stated they leave a delivery rearrangement card, where is the card?! And I ask for self collection, the customer service tells me they don’t even know which branch the parcel will be sent to… and the rearranging of time cannot be next day and only can make after 3 days… I really don’t understand why is the service so bad?!

    If I can give negative star, I’ll give a negative 1 star rating! My order was made on 11th Feb and has reached Singapore on the 14th but it remains undelivered till the 18th with MPS Express. It stays in the warehouse longer than it took to ship from Hong Kong! And, I didn’t even realize it was delivered until I check my order status. I did not receive any SMS stating it’s delivered, nor did anyone call regarding the delivery. My family and I are on a staycation right now and I’m stressing where the delivery person might have stored my package! It’s just overall unprofessional!
    Edit: Now that I’m home from my staycation, the package didn’t even arrive! So much for my stress of the package getting wet or stolen! Got my neighbour to help check my unit and nothing! That’s real professional from this company!

    I will never ship here again. Received a quote on paypal to ship to Belleville, ON for $40 CAD with tracking. I went to this MPS Express location to ship as it is the closest location to me and the service was awful. Claimed they only offer 1 type of shipping, it was $65 CAD. He then decides to charge me $7 for a box without telling me the price until he’s already asking for my card and also charged me $6.99 for a bag of packing peanuts when I never asked for packing peanuts and he used 1 handful. It’s pretty obvious that the customer service at this location is subpar. Avoid this location at all costs.
