    Terrible store horrible customer service was in last week. i buried my dog that morning and walked into the ups store I must have looked upset the clerk not even helping me immediately started asking what was wrong when I replied nothing not caring to rehash my morning she became very hostile calling me names under her breath when I asked her what she said she said she was talking about something else. Then she told me I could go to USPS if I didn’t like it. I was shocked I left. I called the store back and asked for the manager to contact me as soon as he was in. They must have forgotten to tell him I’m still waiting for that phone call. Terrible customer service I sent the same item for much cheaper via USPS. Horrible store!

    I was treated so rudely by two younger girls who worked here. I didn’t know I had the wrong info for a package I needed to send and they made me feel stupid instead of actually being helpful to calmly tell me what I needed. Then they sent me to the wrong place…. never going back there.

    No stars if it was an option. This giant corporation not only failed to deliver a package as paid to do, but now that it is a week late this company wants me, after myriad communications to resolve the problem, to do its job for them and come pick up the package myself. The only reason I will be visiting this store is to hand deliver my small claims court summons.

    The crew came to my apartment today and delivered all my stuff in a professional and fast way. They unpacked my items and were kind enough to take some unwanted boxes that were driving me a bit crazy. Really kind group of folks! Thank you!
