   I made two Special Delivery three months ago here, the first one did it well, but the second one did it badly and the letter never arrived at its destination.
   Now the letter, which had official documentation has disappeared and the code they gave me that day is wrong, so neither in the Post Office or in the Royal Mail do they know where my letter is.
   And when you go to claim they send you to two or three different places and they do not give you any solution!

   My first time using this service. My job hasn’t been pick up since I booked it the night before. The app requires you to top up to book a pick up. But if within the time frame, no one picks up the job, your money cannot refunded to your credit card. Instead it is stuck in the account. Beware! You’ll risk losing your money if no one picks up your job.

   Ordered an item off amazon using prime, attempted delivery at my work after business hours, they have delivered here in the past. No notice was left or anything they attempted. I would have only know checking my account and seeing who to call. Get someone who isn’t computer savvy with computers and know to google the business, probably would never get their package.

   so disappointed, I went in with my 2yo son today and when I was the only person waiting in the que the person behind the counter put up the position closed sign, I asked is that it, the post office is now closed and the answer I got was just yes no apology for closing without serving me or letting me know when it will reopen. it was 1255 so presumably she wanted to go for her lunch and didn’t want to serve anybody else even though the post office times are 0600-2200 on the post office website. the worst customer service I have had in years.
