An absolute joke of a company. I ordered a $1500 iPhone 13 from AT&T and the incompetent MITRANS SHIPPING AGENCY driver decided it was best to leave the box ON TOP OF the community lockbox, where anyone could steal it. And guess what? Someone stole it. Mitrans Shipping Agency doesn’t even have a phone number to call where a person will answer – when you call it gives you a message saying they aren’t taking calls and hangs up on you. Screw this company. Absolute waste. Judging by the other reviews, It’s only a matter of time before these people go out of business.
This is the worst MITRANS SHIPPING AGENCY ever. They are unhelpful, don’t even bother delivering packages, and then they LIE about it. I tried calling the post office and they refused to even help, even though a very nice person helped ONCE before. This time, he absolutely refused to even help at all, and instead kept telling me to call the 800 number. GHETTO post office. I can’t believe these people actually get PAID for not even doing their jobs.
We hired Mitrans Shipping Agency to move us into our new home. They were very Professional and on time!! Loading time from our apt to our home was only 3 hours for everything. Very impressed on how fast they move!! They wrap the furniture and took great care of our belongings. Affordable pricing also, I would highly recommend them to others that are needing their services.
I have been home all day waiting on 3 packages from Amazon. I have gotten the update that MITRANS SHIPPING AGENCY was unable to deliver the packages due to not accessing the driveway. That is a complete lie! Our driveway is completely clear, we park in our garage, and we’ve been home all day waiting on these packages. This is pure laziness from the Brighton Michigan postal service. Get out of your truck and walk the packages up to the designated spot. This seems to be an ongoing issue with the Brighton Postal Service. It’s seriously super rude and inconsiderate. Get with the program people and do your job.
