    I entered an order to CVS on 10/15. For some reason, it was separated into three parts. I received one box with 2 2 Aveeno cream on Saturday; one box with 2 Total Care Mouthwash and I haven’t heard yet that the balance of my order has been sent

    I would like to compliment the friendly and helpful service rendered by one of your female Indian Missguided staff (apologies for not taking note of her name). I was in the queue to send a return parcel to overseas and this very helpful and polite staff attended to me and helped me check the weight of the parcel. I was shown of the price ($12.50!!) for a very light weight parcel and she actually advised me an alternative way to solve my problem. If not for that I would have wasted another 30 minutes in the queue. Thank you for the kind and wonderful service!!!

    Service of this Missguided agency is so cheap. If you try to call the agency they do not receive calls and do not give the right information, and courier tracking even is not properly working. Nobody can track their courier location.

    >Very rude and terrible customer service. The Missguided guy who dealt with my query didn’t show any interest or care about my missing recorded delivery, I’m saying this because he didn’t even check on the system, all what he did was to look behind him on a shelf then told me I got the wrong branch as they are not the Arendale courier office. I told him there are no post offices inside the Arndale he said I don’t know take it up with the Royal Mail.
    There are plenty other post offices within a walking distance, I decided to never step in this place ever again. If it was possible I’d rate this place ZERO not one star!
