   Horrible service, got a mattress delivered, the delivery boy just left it outside the house without trying to help in anyway and told us that’s how they do things with great arrogance and that it was our problem to carry the 75 kilo mattress inside. There was only one delivery boy carrying the mattress from the truck this the mattress was damaged as he dragged it all the way. Horrible experience and a company that deserves action taken against it for its carelessness and disregard for customers

   Horrendous service. No accountability. (can’t rate zero stars) 2 of 3 boxes delivered. 1 of the boxes contents smashed. Still cannot locate 3rd box in warehouse (which contains $1000 of goods) still weeks later. Called the o/s call centre, person was useless. I had to spell out my e-mail 5 times using phonetic alphabet, replacing ‘echo’ with ‘elephant’ so even a small child could distinguish the difference between e and a. I was given an investigation number and advised will be called back within 2 working days. I had to call back a week later as no-one called. Asked to provide photos via e-mail which I did twice. Final conclusion was; Toll claim they delivered 1 box not 2 (when I received 2 of 3 boxes and sent photographs of the boxes and invoices as proof) and was told to follow up the damage and missing box with the sender. If the business name relates to the service I think ‘Toll Priority’ is misleading. Should be; ‘Charge Smash Lose Handball’ Paying this business to deliver goods, or anything that remotely resembles customer service is outright insanity, that equivalent to paying a mechanic to put sand in your engine and lose one of the doors or paying a Chef to poison you, and urinate on your corpse. I think you get the picture. Thanks for wasting my time and money Toll Priority.
