    I like this MHI International because you get in and out. The one in Smoky Hill the line is always out the door. The people are nice and I haven’t had one problem.

    WORST MHI International I HAVE EVER SEEN. THEY ALREADY LOST 3 OF MY PACKAGES WITHIN 4 MONTHS. THE LINES ARE ALWAYS LONG, AND SERVICE IS DREADFUL. PREPARE TO WAIT AN HOUR EVEN WHEN THERE ARE ONLY A FEW PEOPLE THERE.

    Edit: Thank you so much for having someone from MHI International reach out to me directly and resolving this. I appreciate everything that was done and really hope you consider supplying a customer support line to each community – if anything, just for the leasing office staff to have and use at their discretion.
    The fact that my apartment community uses this service is cause enough to want to leave. It’s not worth living somewhere that I can’t reliably have packages delivered. I had a delivery scheduled for 5-9 today. At 6:30 pm, it was cancelled and rescheduled for two days from now, with zero explanation. I have no idea if that will also be cancelled. So now I guess I am going to attempt to pick it up, go out of my way to drive to find my package. The fact that there is no customer support, outside of the very very occasional reply via text, feels illegal. You are responsible for our goods purchased, you’d think you would have a support line for such a sensitive business.
